Court issues summons to Uddhav Thackeray, Sanjay Raut in defamation case filed by Shinde group MP
Leaders of Shiv Sena, have been summoned by a Mumbai court over allegations of printing defamatory language in their mouthpiece publication against a leader of a rival Sena faction, Rahul Shewale. Uddhav Thackeray, a former Maharashtra chief minister, and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut have been directed to appear before the court on July 14th.
