3 Opportunity Cost
Reasoning is { Hindsight Bias } am afraid.
If the market coupling study concept study fails or is postponed then a price rise will erase the ‘opportunity cost’ as stated.
Though this comment is not IEX per se, but am hoping to dispel the thought of lost opportunity. There is a fair probability of success.
