DMK to take up Governor’s ‘sacking’ of minister in Parliament
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin criticized Governor RN Ravi for his unconstitutional attempt to sack minister V Senthil Balaji without the advice of the Council of Ministers. Stalin wrote a letter clarifying the law and the prerogative of an elected chief minister to dismiss ministers. DMK MP Kanimozhi stated that governors are acting as political stooges for the central government and disrupting non-NDA governments.
