CBI names Bihar’s deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav in new charge sheet
Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has been charge sheeted for the first time in the case. According to people in the know, the charge sheet alleges that Tejashwi is also a “beneficiary”. Special CBI public prosecutor DP Singh, while filing the fresh supplementary charge sheet on Monday, told the court that the alleged act, involving Tejashwi, was committed with a different modus operandi.
