BJP disrupts assembly proceedings in Bihar demanding Tejashwi’s resignation
The opening of the Bihar Assembly’s proceedings were interrupted as members of the opposition BJP party demanded Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav’s resignation. Following the placement of a CBI chargesheet with allegations of Tejashwi’s involvement in a land-for-jobs scam, the BJP entered the well of the assembly to assert their demands. Proceedings eventually reconvened the assembly in the afternoon.
