Maha speaker Rahul Narwekar confident SC will not set deadline for decision on MLAs

“The Supreme Court ordinarily would not interfere in the powers and duties of the legislature or the Speaker, until such time there is unconstitutional or illegal action taken by the Speaker. There is nothing arbitrary or unconstitutional that the Speaker has done. I am of the view that if nothing unconstitutional has been done, no other constitutional agency shall intervene in the process of the legislature,” Narwekar said while speaking to ET.
