Bringing GSTN under PMLA will lead to tax terrorism: Congress
The Indian Congress party has criticised the government’s decision to bring the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Congress has accused officials of creating “tax terrorism” and “wreaking havoc” on businesses.
