Ashiana Housing shares jump 15%, hit 52-week high on buyback news
The company’s board approved a buyback proposal of up to 18.27 lakh shares with a buyback size of Rs 55 crore. The company has proposed to buy the shares at Rs 301 per share, a premium of 52% from the Wednesday closing price of Rs 198.
