Congress move to give half of party positions to those below 50 has started from Chhattisgarh, says Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel
Congress has started implementing the decision to give half of all party positions to those under 50 years of age, with the appointment of Deepak Baij as the Chhattisgarh state unit head. Baij, who is 42 and represents Bastar parliamentary constituency, replaces Mohan Markam as Chhattisgarh Congress chief.
