IndiaMart to consider share buyback on July 20; stock rises 5%
The exchange filing further said that the trading window of the company for trading in the company’s equity shares has already been closed from Saturday, July 01, till the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement/ declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
