AAP calls BJP ‘Brijbhushan Janata Party’, says Centre be held accountable for Manipur incident
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has demanded that the BJP-led Centre be held accountable for the alleged parading of two women in Manipur. A video that surfaced on 4 May has shown two women naked being paraded by a mob from the other side of the warring communities in the region. The AAP said that strict action should be taken against the perpetrators and that the police should be quicker to identify them.
