Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra claimed that a wave of change is taking place in Madhya Pradesh, where Assembly elections are due later this year. Speaking at a rally in Gwalior, Priyanka also criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating political decency has waned as Modi referred to senior opposition leaders as thieves. She also raised concerns over the atrocities on women in Manipur and delayed response of PM Modi. This is her second visit to Madhya Pradesh in 40 days.
