While searching for asset plays I found a co. named Veritas Ltd.
Current MCap. of co. is 586 Cr and the land that it holds is of 851Cr.
On looking at pros and cons screener shows that the co. has contingent liability of 420Cr . Also co. has trade receiveables of 1649Cr
But it is worth noting that the co. has receive debt in previous quarter
I was unable to find research reports for this co.
Also Note I am a novice and unable to analyse a co. like you and other experienced investors
Also I have heard some investors say that Asset Plays do not work in India as India is a growth country
Can you please share your views that is it a Asset Play Co. or not
