Maharashtra’s chief minister Eknath Shinde has met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the second time in five days amidst rumours of unease in his Shiv Sena party since the NCP faction, led by Ajit Pawar, was included in the government. Amol Mitkari, a legislative council member who is close to Ajit Pawar, stated that the NCP leader would take oath as the chief minister soon.
