Why they are entering into the completely unrelated businesses of aluminum casting (not sure if it is backward integration) and making motor control units (Isreal’s Riddler)
Unable to understand what synergies can they leverage with this business. Can’t decide if it is Diversification or Diworsification?
Please let me know if I completely misunderstood the business and it does makes a lot of sense
