Rajya Sabha faces washout on third consecutive day after disruptions
The Rajya Sabha was adjourned four times on Monday as the opposition refused to allow work to proceed due to grievances over the suspension of AAP leader Sanjay Singh and a lack of an address by Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding ethnic violence in Manipur. The opposition called for Singh's suspension to be rescinded, and the government said it had no objections to discussing the Manipur issue.
