Congress, AAP issue whip sensing govt move on Delhi bill
Opposition parties are on alert after sensing the possibility of the government pushing in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday the bill to replace Delhi ordinance. Congress and AAP have issued whips to their MPs to be present in the House throughout Thursday.
