Centre has championed farmers’ cause for nine years: PM Modi

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched 1.25 lakh PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras, which will offer a range of services to farmers, from information about agri-inputs to testing facilities for soil, seeds and fertilisers. Modi also inaugurated six Eklavya Model Residential Schools and Kendriya Vidyalaya in addition to launching Urea Gold, a cost-effective and efficient form of urea that will help reduce the consumption of the fertiliser and boost crop quality.
