I tracked Brand concepts through Gita Kirti Ambani holdings , there was no posts at that time
Tracking this stock from 219 rs levels and added in portfolio at 325 rs
Bags industry is very good where u can see safari giving returns 100% in 1 year.
I am also afraid of Tommy Hilfiger brand , understanding demand of product
But thinking long term , Brand concept can do wonders in long term
Like now they are now partnering with Ucb and Aeropostale
Brand concept vision is to bring bunch of brands under one roof brand concepts
In concall , they were asked asked about women brand , company has their strategies and efforts and might be possible women brand will also be signed in future
Company sharing business performance in concalls they are doing good
It will take time to implement to ucb and Aeropostale to launch , one can check concall for launching expectations of new brands
Company does not want to spend on advertising as they are acquiring premium and good brands
Also , they are very cautious about their financials and does not to mess up their finance , so they want to grow but also look at balance sheets while taking decisions

I think promoter also know it’s a long play but why they are selling don’t know
Abhinav Kumar’s still holds 7.21% , that is also more important to me
In my view (prediction ) , promoter might be greedy for money to book short term profits but not to mess up with the company
Brand concept has taken 8 years to build 250 crores company
Will add more shares in future
