LS passes Jan Vishwas (Amendment) Bill: Minor offences under 42 laws decriminalised
The Lok Sabha on Thursday passed the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill amid din as the Opposition continued to protest in the House. The morning session was stalled by the protest. As soon as the House assembled, the Opposition MPs demanded the PM’s statement on Manipur.
