Governor of Manipur Miss Anusuiya Uikey assures to extend all help for the restoration of peace and normalcy
The Governor of Manipur, Anusuiya Uikey, visited relief centres in Churachandpur and handed cheques of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of the two sisters who were paraded naked by an unruly mob on 4th May. Uikey promised to provide compensation to the affected people and do everything necessary for the restoration of peace and normalcy.
