CPI(M) MP writes to RS chairperson, Lok Sabha speaker against tabling of IT panel report
CPI(M) MP John Brittas has requested the Lok Sabha speaker and the Rajya Sabha chairperson to prevent the presentation of a parliamentary committee report containing comments on the Digital Personal Data Protection Bill because it was never referred to the panel. The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill is expected to be taken up during the ongoing Monsoon session of Parliament.
