Efforts on to find peace; Naga MLAs roped in to talk to Kukis
Kuki-Zo organisations had earlier met Union home minister Amit Shah. Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has been holding talks with several Kuki organisations recently. Ten tribal MLA (seven of them belonging to the ruling BJP), have been demanding a separate administration (equivalent to a separate state) in Manipur and had discussion with the Central leaders.
