Centre ordinance: AAP issues three-line whip asking its Rajya Sabha MPs to remain present from July 31 to Aug 4
The Aam Admi Party has issued a whip, requiring all of its Rajya Sabha MPs to be present in the house from 31 July to 4 August to support its stance on the bill which is set to replace the Centre’s Ordinance on Delhi’s services. The bill seeks to replace the ordinance that was brought by the Centre earlier this year- the ordinance excluded “services” from the legislative competence of the Delhi legislative assembly.
