Centre tweaks Delhi services bill ahead of its listing on Tuesday
The bill will replace an ordinance that previously demanded the creation of a system for transfers and postings of senior officials within the Delhi government, as well as preventing the state assembly making any laws regarding ‘services’ and requiring annual reports to the central government.
