Surprise Lok Sabha adjournment as ‘upset speaker’ stays away
The Lok Sabha, which was all dressed up on Wednesday afternoon to debate and clear the bill to replace the Delhi ordinance with MPs from both sides dutifully present following the respective whips, witnessed a surprise adjournment without the bill being taken up.
