Vedanta shares tumble 9% on likely stake sale by promoter entity
The floor price for the transaction, valued at $501 million or Rs 4,130 crore, is said to be at Rs 258.5 a share, implying a 5% discount to Wednesday’s closing price of Rs 272.8 on NSE. Twin Star Holdings held a 46.4% stake in Vedanta, data showed.
