Rahul or his representative will have to show copy of SC order staying conviction to LS Secretariat
The Lok Sabha Secretariat has requested Congress leader Rahul Gandhi or his representative to present a copy of the Supreme Court order staying his conviction for the ball to be set in motion for his disqualification as a lawmaker to be revoked. Gandhi was disqualified from his role as a Lok Sabha member on March 23 following a conviction.
