Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said he did not have information if any intelligence input was given about the build-up of tensions before mobs attacked a religious procession in Nuh district on 31 July. Six people died in the communal clash that erupted during a Vishva Hindu Parishad procession. Vij said he asked the additional chief secretary, Home, and the DGP who likewise had no information.
