One such startup doing same digital paperless transformation is Digio, used by many companies like PayU etc. There are many indian startups building such products.
Very easy to use open api exposed by govt to build product with nice interface. Acquire customer with lesser price per transaction. I do not see any moat in technology other that SSL business of Emudhra.
