Model code violation: Karnataka HC quashes case against BJP chief Nadda
The Karnataka High Court has dismissed the case of violating the model code against the BJP national president JP Nadda, registered due to his speech in Harapanahalli during the assembly polls in May. Justice M Nagaprasanna quashed the case on Monday following a petition by Nadda. The case was registered after poll authorities filed a complaint, alleging that his speech violated the model code.
