Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has accused the BJP governments in Manipur and at the Centre of harboring a growing mistrust between themselves. This comes after an FIR was filed by the Manipur Police against Assam Rifles-A role held under Amit Shah. Ramesh has called for immediate action from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and has highlighted the issue as a breakdown of constitutional machinery.
