‘Shameful’ that Amit Shah questioning ‘timing’ of release of Manipur video: Jairam Ramesh

Indian Congress leader Jairam Ramesh criticized the Home Minister for questioning the “timing” of the release of a video showing two women being paraded naked in Manipur. The video, which triggered outrage across the country, emerged just before the Monsoon session of Parliament began. Ramesh said the Home Minister was “only accepting his own incompetence” by claiming intelligence agencies did not know about the video’s existence.
