Article 370, Constitution very flexible: Justice Sanjiv Khanna
A five-member constitution bench of Supreme Court is considering a clutch of petitions challenging the abrogation of Article 370. Speaking for the bench, Justice Sanjiv Khanna verbally remarked that “Article 370 is very flexible in itself”. He added: “Constitutions are flexible in time and space.”
