Congress has accused Home Minister Amit Shah of breaching parliamentary privilege by speaking untruth regarding Maharashtra farm widow Kalawati Bandurkar whom Rahul Gandhi had visited in 2008. The notice was given by Congress MP Manickam Tagore to Speaker Om Birla in the Lok Sabha.
