“Valuations have run up” is a general situation across most stocks right now. Not all promotors are selling 10% because of rich valuations. If thats the case its a negative because it conveys lack of confidence in business, which itself should be the primary source of making money for a promoter.
Hopefully promoters sold out because of some genuine reason. We will know.
