In another development, the Indigenous Tribal Leaders’ Forum has said that it was aghast that Union home minister Amit Shah continued to defend Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh, who was the ‘architect’ of the violence. ITLF delegates had met with Shah in New Delhi on Wednesday.
