On the legislative front, the Centre passed multiple Bills in the session, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, as well as the Jan Vishwas, Mediation and Delhi Services Bills. Home Minister Amit Shah also tabled amendments to three criminal law Bills – the IPC, CrPC, and the Evidence Act.
