“This year we are taking on a big digital transformation project for the entire operation of LIC. This digital transformation project will take time but the process has been , already initiated. Besides that, we have also taken a project of customer on-boarding through digital mode, says Mohanty. He also says “we want IDBI to continue with us as our banker partner.
