Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit has denied that comments made by Alka Lamba about the party's intent to strengthen its presence in all seven Delhi constituencies indicate a decision on an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Dikshit argued that, in order to contest the elections, the Congress must strengthen its position throughout Delhi.
