PM degree row: Court rejects Kejriwal, AAP MP plea for fast-tracking hearing against summons
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh’s plea to expedite the hearing of their application challenging summons in a criminal defamation case has been rejected by a sessions court in Gujarat. The case was filed by Gujarat University over remarks made by the politicians about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s degree.
