PM degree row: SC refuses to entertain Kejriwal’s plea against HC order in defamation case filed by Guj University

The Supreme Court has rejected Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea to challenge the high court order rejecting his request to stay the criminal defamation proceedings filed by Gujarat University. The bench said the Gujarat University and Kejriwal can raise their grievances before the high court.
