SC defers hearing Kejriwal’s plea against proceedings in UP over election law violation
The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea seeking discharge in a case against him for making objectionable remarks against the BJP and the Congress during the 2014 Lok Sabha poll campaign. The court will take up the matter after four weeks.
