Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti seek probe into officer’s complaint against LG and CS
Parmar, a 1992 batch IAS officer hailing from Gujarat, currently heads the Bureau of Public Enterprise in J&K. Parmar has alleged he was being targeted for being a Scheduled Caste IAS officer. He has written a detailed complaint to the chairman of National Commission for Scheduled Castes on August 17 this year.
