Services Act a licence for officers to rebel against elected govt orders: Arvind Kejriwal
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has criticized the new services act for Delhi, claiming that it allows officers to openly defy the orders of the elected government and ministers. The criticism comes after Services Minister Atishi accused the principal secretary (finance) of refusing to comply with her directions. Kejriwal argues that the act will "ruin" Delhi and called for it to be struck down.
