The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has proposed Arvind Kejriwal as the prime ministerial candidate for the Opposition bloc ahead of the third INDIA meeting in Mumbai. The party believes that Kejriwal has a development model that can benefit the entire country and has consistently raised people’s issues. However, the decision is not in the hands of the spokesperson, Priyanka Kakkar. The AAP has previously expressed reservations about joining the Opposition alliance, but has now joined after the Congress declared its support.
