Solicitor general’s submissions in SC nothing new: Political parties in J&K
Political parties in Jammu and Kashmir have criticized the Centre’s stand on the restoration of statehood and holding Assembly polls in the region. The Centre informed the Supreme Court that Assembly polls can be held anytime and the decision on specific dates depends on the Election Commission.
