Gensol Engineering to consider bonus issue on September 5, shares hit 5% upper circuit
The record date for the said bonus issue, if approved, will be announced soon. The bonus shares will likely be paid out of the sum outstanding to the credit of ‘securities premium account, subject to the approval of shareholders. They will be credited within two months from the date of approval of the Board.
