Jupiter Hospitals sets price band of Rs 695-735 for its Rs 869 crore-IPO
The issue, which closes on September 8, comprises fresh equity of Rs 542 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4.45 million equity shares. Under the OFS, Devang Vasantlal Gandhi will offload up to 1.25 million equity shares. Jointly with Neeta Gandhi, Devang will sell 9 lakh units
