Deve Gowda’s grandson and JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna’s election from Hassan declared null and void by Karnataka HC
Prajwal Revanna, a member of the Lok Sabha from the Hassan constituency in Karnataka, has had his election nullified by the Karnataka High Court. The court found that Revanna had suppressed his real assets and income when filing his affidavit before the poll authorities. Revanna, who contested as a JDS candidate with the support of Congress, is expected to challenge the verdict in the Supreme Court.
